Welcome To A New Era Based In A Heart Centered World!
Modern Medicine looks at the heart as a mechanical pump, there to do the job of circulating blood throughout the body. Research is proving what was known ages ago, that the heart is truly the center of our being and the core of who we are.
Information will be presented here for you to gain a better understanding just how important the heart is in all areas of our life. Our feelings and the health of our body are linked to the heart which has a direct effect on the experience of our lives.
- Your heart is the most powerful organ in your body.
- The electromagnetic energy of the heart is up to 1,000 times more than the brain.
- Your heart has its own brain with neurons that have short and long term memory.
- The heart’s magnetic field extends several feet away from the body.
- The heart develops first in the fetus and begins beating before the brain develops.
- The heart sends more messages to the brain than vice versa.
- The heart is also a hormonal gland and releases hormones that communicate with other areas of the body.
Negative feelings are encoded in the heart field creating a chaotic state in our nervous system that has an irritating effect on our brain and body. It can be felt by those around you and affects how you interact with them.
Positive feelings are encoded in our heart field as well but promote a sense of well-being aiding in the brain’s functions of creativity and problem solving. This too is felt by those around you and promotes a more positive interaction.
With the invention of the EKG machine [electrocardiogram] over 100 years ago, doctors were able to measure the electrical beats of the hearts and the rhythms. In more recent years with the development of newer equipment, the electromagnetic field of the heart can be measured. With this equipment, doctors have been able to expand their understanding of the heart beyond what they ever imagined.
For centuries, the heart has been considered the source of emotions, courage, and wisdom. Activity of the heart influences our perceptions, feelings, intuition and especially our health. Science is now confirming this showing that heart rhythms stand out as the most dynamic and reflective indicator of health as it relates to the function of our brain and body.
Wall of Emotions Around the Heart.
Our feelings create a cascade of chemical reactions in the body that are categorized as emotions. They are a natural part of our life and add to the meaning of our experiences. They make our lives more memorable. Most people remember how something felt more than the details of what actually happened and this is a valuable learning tool for us. The memory of the experience is the wisdom we have gained from it, but the emotion is supposed to end when the event that caused them is over.
For many of us, that is not the case. We still feel sad as we remember the loss of a loved one or may still feel the hurt from something long ago. That is when we know we have trapped emotions. When this involves emotions generated by the heart, they can quite literally build a wall of energetic emotions around our heart. Designed to protect us, it can also prevent us from a fulfilling life by distorting our energy field in the way we relate to others and when they try to relate to us.
The HeartMath Institute has spent more than 20 years researching this phenomena and shows us in this video just how this interaction works: How Heart Fields Interact With Others.
What happens when you have a Heart Wall?
With the research being done by HeartMath and other organizations, we know that our energy fields interact and can affect others around us. If our energy field is distorted by the negative energies that have built up around our heart, it may also distort how the message feels that we send to others. And in the same way, it can distort how the message feels coming from others to us.
As a result, a Heart Wall can cause isolation, depression, and the inability to feel emotions deeply. It can affect our relationships with everything around us. And since we know it affects our brain’s function, it can make it difficult in accessing our creativity, passion and our ability for an abundant life.
We can also feel it on a physical level. It may be experienced as a lowered immune system function, and felt as pain in the neck, shoulder and back areas. Research shows it plays a role in blood pressure, heart disease and respiratory problems.
We are just now beginning to understand the importance of how communications that the heart gives and receives is vital to both our emotional and physical well-being.
What can be done?
The single most important thing you can do for yourself is to get rid of the trapped, negative emotions that may be forming the “wall” distorting the energy around your heart. Using the techniques of the Emotion Code, we can easily, and effectively release these negative emotions.
Once the wall of emotions are removed, they are gone for good. How many emotions that need to be released vary greatly from person to person. It usually takes a minimum of 3 sessions to fully complete the process. Those who have experienced the release have observed a greater abundance in all areas of their life.
Dr. Bradley Nelson believes: “The only way we can change this world and bring it to a higher level of civilization is through changing the inhabitants of this earth, one person at a time. By helping people shed their emotional baggage, we transform them back into the person they were meant to be, pure in spirit so they become who they were intended to be.”
