A sanctuary for a new you

Just let go. Let go of how you thought your life should be, and embrace the life that is trying to work its way into your consciousness.
Happiness, like unhappiness, is a proactive choice.
Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.
Prayer is not asking. It is a longing of the soul. It is daily admission of one’s weakness. It is better in prayer to have a heart without words than words without a heart.
Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, or worn. It is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace & gratitude.
Every thought, action, decision, or feeling creates an eddy in the interlocking, interbalancing, ever-moving energy fields of life, leaving a permanent record for all times.
If you try to get rid of fear and anger without knowing their meaning, they will grow stronger and return.
When all your energies are brought into harmony, your body flourishes. And when your body flourishes, your soul has a soil in which it can blossom in the world. These are the ultimate reasons for energy medicine – to prepare the soil and nurture the blossom.
If you have a highway on Everest, you don’t meet the mountain. If everything is prepared, and you have a guide who is responsible for your security, you cannot meet the mountain. Meeting the mountain is only possible if…you are out there is self-sufficiency.
It's not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters.
Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them humanity cannot survive.
Some changes look negative on the surface, but you will soon realize that space is being created in your life for something new to emerge.
There would be no accumulation of strength inside if the choices that you make did not require discipline and intention.
The more you extend kindness to yourself, the more it will become your automatic response to others.
Quality is never an accident. It is the result of High Intention, Sincere Effort, and Skillful Execution. It represents the wise choices of many alternatives.
