Have you ever felt like weight was pulling you down? Ever wonder why people say they are feeling down? What is it that makes us feel this way? Feelings, why we have them and how they affect us is what we will be discussing here.
How we feel is an indicator and is the way our body communicates letting us know if something is good for us. If what is happening feels good, chances are it’s something that we will continue. If it doesn’t feel so good, maybe it’s telling us not to do it again. Pretty simple concept of communication.
We put many names on our feelings. Good ones are happy, confident, courageous, peaceful; and ones that are not so good are anger, jealousy, guilt, shame and hate — just to name a few. Feelings are also known as emotions, and that is the term we will use here.
The word emotion is sometimes referred to as e-motion — energy in motion. Just as it implies, the energy of the feeling is supposed to keep moving and leave when the event is over. Most of us have been taught that they are our burden to carry through life, but that is not so. We were truly meant to be happy.
Here is another concept we have just introduced, the energy of an emotion. Everything in this universe has its own unique frequency vibration of energy, even emotions. Emotions are the like wind that you cannot see, but can feel the powerful effects of it.
Now good emotions tend to flow through us easily. Those that are not so good are the ones that seem to get stuck. This ball of energy then puts pressure on the surrounding area. As more of these energies become stuck or as we say it–trapped, pressure builds and creates a state of dis-ease in the body.
How does one know they have trapped emotions? If you still feel hurt, angry, or afraid from something that happened long ago, you have trapped emotions. And most likely, everyone probably has many of them that has built up over their life.
We call these trapped emotions that have built up over time Emotional Baggage, and can quite literally weigh you down. So what can be done to get rid of this emotional baggage we are carrying around that may be contributing to our health problems?
The Emotion Code was created to do just that! Developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson, a holistic chiropractor for over 20 years. During those years, he noticed that his patients didn’t always get the best results with his profession. He also noticed that when people felt better emotionally, they tended to heal from their other ailments quickly.

This helps us determine what emotions need to be cleared, and then they are quickly and easily released. No dredging up the past or reliving any of the pain, it’s just gone.

As the layers of trapped emotions are removed from your body, that unseen energy pressure is released as well along with the state of dis-ease in the body.
